- Product selection, instalment pre-approval application and collection
- On the myscooter.ge website, customers can submit a preliminary bank instalment application.
- Once the application is approved, the customer comes to the company's showroom in person to choose and collect the product.
- The final selection, inspection and collection of the product take place in the showroom, where the customer can personally check and choose the product they want, including the colour of the model.
- When the product is chosen and collected, a warranty agreement / acceptance certificate is drawn up, on which the customer confirms by signature that they chose the product themselves, read its specifications, inspected and checked it, and received it new, free of defects and undamaged.
- The customer takes the product out of the showroom by their own means and at their own responsibility.
- Product Showroom collection deadline and application cancellation
- If the customer does not collect the product from the showroom within 7 calendar days of submitting the preliminary instalment application, the preliminary application/order may be cancelled.
- The company notifies the customer and the relevant bank of this.
- The company does not intervene in, and is not responsible for, any subsequent communication between the bank and the customer, financial settlements, banking procedures, or the technical side of fully cancelling/reversing the instalment — these are matters between the customer and the bank.
- Product Return
- Since the final selection, inspection and collection of the product and the completion of the transaction take place in the showroom, returns without a reason are not offered.
- Products are not taken back merely because the customer wishes to exchange them, choose a different model or colour, or for any other reason not related to a product defect or another ground provided by law.
- A product can be returned or exchanged only in the cases provided for by the current legislation of Georgia and this policy.
- Technical defect and warranty service
- If a technical defect appears within 3 calendar days of receiving the product, the customer must notify the company in writing by email to vizetgroup@gmail.com within 1 calendar day of discovering the defect.
- If a technical defect is confirmed, the company will repair the product or, if the defect cannot be repaired, replace it with an equivalent product.
- Warranty service is provided in accordance with the warranty agreement and the conditions set by the current legislation of Georgia.
- Used Product Return
- If, in a particular case, returning the product is permitted by the current legislation of Georgia and the customer has used the product, the reduction in value caused by its use will be taken into account on return.
- In such a case, the customer will be charged a daily usage fee for the product, the amount of which depends on how long the product was used, its condition and other relevant circumstances.
- Returns of electric scooters with more than 50 km on the odometer are considered case by case, taking into account the actual condition of the product and the current legislation of Georgia.
- Money Return
- If returning the product / cancelling the order is permitted in a particular case, the refund will be made after the product has actually been returned to the company and its condition has been checked.
- When the refund amount is determined, deductions permitted by law will be taken into account, including the reduction in value caused by use of the product and the corresponding usage fee.
- Bank instalment financed purchase Return
- If a purchase made with a bank instalment is returned, and the return is permitted under the current legislation of Georgia and this policy, the company will transfer the refund to the same bank account from which the corresponding amount was paid to the company, subject to the relevant banking procedures.
- If the refund amount is less than the customer's remaining credit obligation to the bank, the company is not obliged to cover the difference.
- Repaying the remaining credit obligation is the customer's responsibility and is governed by the relevant agreement between the customer and the bank.
- The company is not responsible for any financial obligation arising from the customer's instalment plan that exceeds the amount refunded as a result of returning the product.
- Important information
- By signing the warranty agreement / acceptance certificate, the customer confirms that they personally chose, inspected, checked and received the product in the appropriate condition.
- This policy does not limit the rights granted to the customer by the current legislation of Georgia.
- If any provision of this policy contradicts the current legislation of Georgia, the rule established by law applies.
